Current Projects:

Trainee projects in the Krzycki lab will focus on aspects of the 22nd amino acid, pyrrolysine. Two areas of emphasis are pyrrolysine function during catalysis by B12 dependent methyltransferases, and study of the enzymes of pyrrolysine biosynthesis.
